Residence Scoglietto 50 – A Punta Ala (Grosseto)
The residence has four types of flats: Economy, Standard, Superior and comfortable three-room flats.
When booking, it will not be possible to choose a specific flat, but only the desired type of accommodation. The flat will be assigned according to actual availability.
The two-room flats for 4 people consist of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, kitchenette with electric hotplates, fridge and dishwasher, terrace with table and chairs, and are equipped with dishes (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and various pots and pans), as well as an electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee moke, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, colour TV and dishwasher.
The Residence does not provide: detergents, tablecloths, dishcloths.
Each flat has an assigned parking space, independent air conditioning/heating, Internet connection, safe deposit box. We do not have a restaurant but the flats are equipped with a kitchen.
Small pets are allowed in some of the flats with a small daily surcharge and after explicit request before booking.
The equipped beach is within walking distance and is about 300 metres away. The Residence has an agreement with a bathing establishment with parking facilities. The public beach can be reached by walking a few hundred metres further on. During the bathing season, about 2 kilometres from the residence, there is the ‘Bau Beach’, one of the two beaches that the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia makes available to those who do not want to be separated from their four-legged friends.
