English-style lawns and Mediterranean maquis with oleanders and bougainvillea surround the Residence, located just a few metres from the beach.

Close to Residence Scoglietto 50 you will find a prestigious 18-hole Golf Club, a Riding School, Tennis Courts and the Port of Punta Ala with its famous Yacht Club, catering for all needs. The Residence, open all year round, is ideal for staying during the numerous sporting events organised.
Punta Ala is in the centre of Etruscan Tuscany, opposite the Island of Elba and close to Massa Marittima, Grosseto, Siena and Pisa, all of which can be reached in less than an hour’s drive.
The food and wine tradition of the Maremma will come as a surprise to those who are not familiar with it and excel in both sea and land-based cuisine. All accompanied by renowned white and red wines, vinified in the area.

Residence Scoglietto 50 in Punta Ala is a relaxing place immersed in greenery where you can spend a pleasant stay surrounded by the nature of the Maremma.
Overlooking the large garden, our flats are equipped with everything you need.
Each flat has an assigned parking space, independent air conditioning/heating, Internet connection, and a safe.
We do not have a restaurant but the flats are equipped with a kitchen. The Scoglietto 50 apartments are located close to the beach and include a balcony or terrace.
The equipped beach is within walking distance and is about 300 metres away.

Residence services
Our office is available for all your needs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day except Sunday afternoon. The staff will help you find a restaurant, a public transport service, a boat rental, a guided tour of a farm or book a museum.
Punta Ala does not have a historical centre, but has three commercial centres: Il Guado, La Molletta, and Il Porto.
About 200 metres from the Residence is the ‘Il Gualdo’ shopping centre with its boutiques, bars and pastry shops and a small supermarket ‘Da Aldo’, where you can buy local gastronomic products and typical cheeses.
