Purposes and legal basis of the processing

The user’s personal data will be processed for the following purposes

The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a specific request to the Data Controller through the contact channels indicated in Section 1 of this notice.

Requests relating to the exercise of the user’s rights shall be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and number of requests this term may be extended by a further 2 (two) months.

Communication and provision of data

The provision of data by the user is obligatory as it is necessary for the provision of the requested service. Therefore, any refusal on the part of the user to provide data may result in failure to provide the service, insofar as such data are necessary for these purposes.
